The stresses and strains of work and everyday life can sometimes suck the fun out of things for us.
Karate can help to put the fun back in while also relieving stress, helping us make new and long lasting friends, enjoying social activities and interaction - and all of this while getting fitter and learning very effective self defence skills - no gym or pub offers all of these together!
Come and enjoy training with friendly people who understand courtesy & respect while, at the same time, wanting to work out.
We all understand that everyone was a beginner once. You will be welcomed with open arms and encouraged and helped along every step of your karate journey.
Although we teach karate purely for self defence rather than sport, we do include free sparring in our curriculum as a fun way to develop speed and technique.
